Guided session that works to improve your movement and biomechanics. This can be done in person or online. After initial evaluations are conducted, each session is completely bespoke to your needs to help you move better to get out of pain, perform at a higher level, and overall get better results. Some included components may entail specific mobility drills, flexibility work, biomechanical drills, and other tools as needed by you at the time to help you move efficiently and properly, actively release tension, correct imbalances, get or stay out of pain, and reach higher level of performance. These sessions are following completion of the Movement Biomechanics Evaluation Session.
