Before I started working with Bree I didn’t only hate the way my body looked but how it felt. I was dealing with some major stomach issues. Heartburn, bloating, and stomach pain, all of those making working out that much more difficult. This was something that I was dealing with on a daily basis and I kind of just got to a point where I accepted that this is how life was going to be Once I started working with Bree, I had changes happen that I never thought were possible. Bree took the time to not only ask about my fitness goals, but how my body is functioning as a whole. We then came up with a plan together to not only get the body I was looking for, but to get to a place where I didn’t feel like crap everyday. The fact that I no longer had to eat tums like they were candy, or that I was able to workout without heartburn making me tap out was crazy. This was something I was dealing with everyday!!!! Bree has the innate ability to tune each workout to that which is needed for you vs. a one size fits all approach. I was also impressed with her ability to dynamically adjust a session to work around ailments so that you still get an optimal workout.
