The Vibrant You (Levels 2-3) is a 4-month exercise program that incorporates all the essential components of movement and fitness including comprehensive functional strength, conditioning, mobility, stability, and balance. It’s designed to not only increase strength and decrease body fat, but also to improve basic movement by strategically combining flexibility, mobility, and balance practices into the workouts and overall program.
This program helps establish and enhance movement and fitness basics and builds upon it week over week so you’re not only getting stronger and more fit, but helping your body move properly as well – which can help fix or prevent aches and pains that limit your performance, life, and happiness. So, whether your goal is to lose weight, get stronger, get out of pain, or perform higher at your sport or activity, this program helps you have a solid foundation and the physical function to do so, without compromise.
*Upon completion of purchase, instructions will be emailed to you on downloading the app to begin your program, as well as a PDF download of your program outline. You will have access to the app for exactly four months for the duration of your program. At four months from purchase date you will no longer have app access unless ongoing training or programs are purchased.
