Description
Evaluate in detail your body’s current biomechanics, including posture, form, tension patterns, and your body’s positioning while at rest and during various movements. This can be done in person or online.
This is a highly suggested session for all new clients, and to follow-up every 3 months to assess your body’s movement biomechanical progress. Specific biomechanical drills and exercises will be provided to you to help correct dysfunctional or non-optimal biomechanics and posture. Session is 60-minutes. Must complete the evaluation session prior to booking Movement Therapy Sessions.
