Description
Evaluate in detail your body’s current biomechanics, including posture, form, tension patterns, and your body’s positioning while at rest and during various movements.
This is a highly suggested session for all new clients, and to follow-up every 3-6 months to assess your body’s movement biomechanical progress. Specific biomechanical drills and exercises will be provided to you to help correct dysfunctional or non-optimal biomechanics and posture. Sessions are 60-minutes.
